Katheline Jean-Pierre is the Podcast Host and author of the Driving Impact Podcast on Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance topics. She taps into her background in political science and journalism at the University of Montreal to shed the light on what is happening in the world and the future of Planet Earth.
She started her career in the not-for-profit sector, working as an educator at the Foundation of Tolerance (renamed Ensemble pour le respect de la Diversité), helping youth understand and respect differences while getting involved in the dialogue to build a world without discrimination or intimidation. Katheline later worked in media, music and technology.

In 2022, Katheline has appeared in the CBC / Radio-Canada TV Series in Quebec named "Les Ambassadrices" about women from Quebec who have left Quebec to follow their dreams.

Katheline is an active investor with Pipeline Angels where she invests in underrepresented founders' companies; notably she has invested in C-Note (Pre-Series A), Saathi (Seed), Shoki (Seed) and AIOTP blockchain company (pre-seed).
While working at Google in tech, to help women and non-binary femmes get a seat at the table, she created The Coffee Club, a transformative leadership development program which spans across 20 offices globally and 1500 thriving members.
A creative thinker, Katheline loves ambiguity, marrying design thinking and problem solving on a whim. A Canadian native, Katheline calls Los Angeles home where she spends her family.
She holds a bachelor's degree in political science from University of Montreal and a Masters in management (e-commerce) from HEC Montreal on top of various certificates from Wharton and Harvard.​
